2) How do I add a child profile?

Open the parent area and use the Add Child flow. Each child profile stores its own progress.

3) How do I restore my purchase?

Use Restore Purchase in the app and ensure you are signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

4) Why does progress sometimes appear delayed?

The app can cache some progress locally and sync when connectivity is available.

5) How do I delete my account and data?

Email blueflamegames@proton.me from your account email, and request account deletion.

6) What data stays only on device?

Mascot, character, challenge, wonder-trail state, and learning-plan rationale are kept local to device.
